Description
An automatic Instant Attack to Destroy against any Coastal Place that needs no action to trigger, hitting Huge Places with less force than smaller ones. A strong enough roll destroys the target outright rather than merely devastating it, and a successful attack lets you hand a bonus Action token to every Green Group in play, once per game. Alternatively, it can instead be played simply to boost an attack against OPEC or the Multinational Oil Companies.
