This Goal is won by destroying Violent groups while controlling Peaceful ones, in one of several set ratios -- for example, destroying two Violent groups while controlling six Peaceful ones -- and it can't be combined with any other Goal.
Conspiracy Narrative
Its title echoes "Kill for Peace," a real 1965 satirical protest song by the folk group The Fugs that mocked the logic of the Vietnam War with brutal irony -- fighting for peace by killing for it.
