Description
This Disaster attacks any Place at Power 30 if it's Coastal, or 24 otherwise, without needing an action; unlike most Disasters it's not instant, so any group may act to help defend the target (though none can aid the Kudzu itself) -- success Devastates the Place, and beating the roll by more than 6 destroys it outright.
Conspiracy Narrative
References the real kudzu vine, an East Asian plant introduced to the American South in the late 19th century for erosion control that instead ran wild, earning the nickname "the vine that ate the South" for burying trees, buildings, and power lines under its relentless growth.
