A clear reference to the real Parents Music Resource Center (PMRC), founded in 1985 by Tipper Gore, Susan Baker, and other wives of senior Washington officials, which pushed for warning labels on music with explicit content and held a famous 1985 Senate hearing where Frank Zappa and Dee Snider testified against it.
