Description
Played immediately after a rival successfully takes control of a Group from hand or the uncontrolled area, it destroys that newly-controlled Group outright (though the kill does not count toward any Goal); it costs an action from the player's Illuminati or two Church Groups, and can be used only once per game.

A direct riff on Comet Hale-Bopp, infamous for coinciding with the 1997 Heaven’s Gate mass suicide, refitted with "Bob" Dobbs’s name to skewer doomsday-comet cult mythology.
