Description
This Disaster instantly attacks any Coastal Place without needing an action -- Power 16 against a Huge Place, 20 against any other Place, or 24 against Japan or California specifically -- Devastating it on success, or destroying it outright if the attack succeeds by more than 6. It can also be played to give +10 to any attack meant to destroy the Robot Sea Monsters or the Nuclear Power Companies.
