Description
This unique Magic artifact lets you secretly designate one of your own groups; if that group is ever destroyed, you reveal the note and the group that destroyed it is destroyed too (or, if an Illuminati did the destroying, its owner must sacrifice a different group instead) -- and the enemy's loss counts toward your own Goals. You may change which group is named on your turn.
Conspiracy Narrative
References the biblical Ark of the Covenant, the sacred relic said to house the Ten Commandments -- a favorite of conspiracy and adventure fiction alike, most famously "Raiders of the Lost Ark," for supposedly striking down anyone who mishandles it.
